Thanks Mom! I don’t think she realizes how much I needed this project. It has been so therapeutically healing for me. I was so afraid to pick up the paint brush, so sure that I wouldn’t ever be able to enjoy painting again. Funny how when the ideas started to roll around in my head, I didn’t even blink just picked the brush up and started painting . I have now achieved all my goals but one, hooking my bra, LOL. The shoulder just won’t let me reach behind my back. I bet you thought it would be something more challenging huh? Ha Ha Ha, nope just a simple task of dressing myself in the morning. Steven will be thrilled when he isn’t woken up at 3:45am every work day to hook that blasted bra. LOL In time, I am determined to achieve that last goal!
So, we come down to the final centerpieces. This gift bag mold is one of my favorites. They never took off while the shop was open, but I held on to the mold anyway. There is such potential for creativity with them. They are all base coated and ready to go.
My last 3 words are: snow, joy, and noel. Truly, it was difficult to find 3 – 4 letter words that meant Christmas for me. Most of them are 5 – 6 letter ones, time was of the essence so there you go.
These will also benefit from the greenery, pine cones, and ornaments surrounding them. They are glazed inside, so if the need arises, candy can be spilling out of them too. Hmmmm, that gives me a thought. Nah, the Grandchildren have too long of names, 6 & 7 letters long. I’ll have to think about it though………. Cyn
